Refund policy

 

Refund/Exchange Policy as of 2022

Buyers are SOLEY RESPONSIBLE for contacting info@chovonneaccessories.com to start the return process. If buyer is not happy with merchandise for whatever reason, buyer must email us within the first 48 of UPS/USPS delivery status with order # and reason for return. Buyer then has another 48 hours to return all merchandise in excellent condition with its original packaging. Including tags, jewelry boxes, plastic wrapping, & confetti. Buyer is responsible for paying return postage. Once we receive merchandise, there will be a 15% restock fee applied and the balance will be applied as STORE CREDIT ONLY.  NO CASH BACK REFUNDS. Any item that is returned to us and did not follow our return process, will BE DENIED store credit AND MERCHANDISE WILL BE RETURNED TO BUYER OR A $3 FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR ANY BRANDED MATERIAL MISSING AS mentioned ABOVE. Please allow up to 3 business days for store credit to be issued. Due to covid-19 we currently are NOT exchanging any merchandise for health reasons.

As specified on the product page, we do not accept returns nor store credit is offered for final sale merchandise.

Price Adjustments

We gladly honor a one-time sale price adjustment within 7 days of the original order on merchandise that was purchased at full price. Final sale items are not eligible for price adjustments. To obtain a price adjust please send an email to info@chovonneaccessories.com on subject line, please indicate “price adjustment” for prompt reply. Please include your order number in the body of the email. If your order is eligible, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment instantly. Items already purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.
